Shipping Information

Orders received by 12pm PST will be shipped the same day pending product availability and payment confirmation. We will ship all orders within 24 hours on normal business days only (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays.

UPS Pick Up
Pick-ups are Monday to Friday only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Please note that UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes, only to full Residential or Business addresses. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com .

Delivery times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends, holidays and the day of shipment . If you ordered a product on Wednesday via 2nd Day Air, you will receive the product on Friday. Here is a map showing estimated shipping time in transit for ground shipping:

Tracking Information:
All orders will recieve a tracking number when your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package during the delivery time in transit. If you have problems tracking your package, please give us a call.

Free Shipping
We may offer Free UPS Ground Shipping as a promotion for a limited time.

Exchange Shipping
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return an item for exchange and for the shipping to replace the product. However, if we shipped the wrong product, we will gladly pay for the shipping costs both ways.

International Shipping
Items shipped to Canada are subject to normal import fees. LaxStore is not responsible for these fees and cannot estimate them. Please check your local shipping affiliate for approximate fee estimation.
