All products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit with the following requirements:
1. Returned product must be accompanied by a receipt
2. Product must have its original packaging with all tags and labels
3. Product must be new and unused and fit for resale

All products are covered under a limited warranty by the respective manufacturers from manufacturing related defects from the original date of purchase. All returns require a receipt showing the date of purchase.
Warranty Redemption : As of September 1st, 2006, all requests for warranty replacements for Heads, Handles, and Helmets must be placed through the respective Manufacturer only and not through LaxStore. We will accept defective equipment for exchanges or refund for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Head Warranty
All heads are under warranty for 6 months from the original date of purchase with a proof of purchase. Replacements heads are not covered under the original warranty. Stringing materials or existing pockets are not covered under this warranty. Dying, drilling, pinching, or altering the head in any way will void the warranty.
Handle Warranty
All handles are under a limited warranty for 6 months from date of purchase with a proof of purchase excluding Warrior Defensive Titanium* handles and ALL Aluminum series alloys. Dings, dents, and scratches are a part of normal wear and tear and are not covered under this warranty. Replacment heads are not covered under the original warranty. For questions, please call us.
*Warrior Defensive Titanium handles are under warranty for only 30 days from date of purchase with a proof of purchase.
Equipment Warranty
All equipment including gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, bags, etc., are under warranty to be free from defects during normal use for 30 days from the date of original purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Replacement equipment are not covered under the original warranty.
Helmet Warranty
Most helmet manufacturers will always fix or replace broken/defective helmets, call us and we can help you stay protected. All Custom Helmets are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. If the helmet was sent incorrectly, we will gladly accept the return without a restocking fee.
